Hormone Testing for Expats — Dubai, Thailand, Bangkok

Why expats use FORM

A complete baseline, not one number. Full hormone axis — total and free testosterone, SHBG, LH, FSH, sensitive estradiol, prolactin — alongside thyroid, metabolic and micronutrient markers. The same breadth a competent endocrinologist at Mediclinic City, Bumrungrad or Bangkok Hospital would order.

Read by a named doctor. Dr. Nikola Topalovic (MD PhD), FORM's medical lead, reviews every panel and explains what each marker means, what sits outside range and what is worth raising with your own doctor. He is registered to practise in Indonesia and holds no registration in the UAE, Thailand or Singapore, so his review is expert health information rather than local medical advice.

No commercial pull on the result. FORM sells the panel and the review of it — nothing to dispense, no membership, no treatment to upsell. Your report is written so a doctor registered where you live can pick it up and work from real data.

FAQs

Why get your hormone bloods done in Bali?
Three reasons: a complete, correctly-timed panel rather than a single hormone reading, a plain-English report reviewed personally by an MD rather than an automated range check, and accredited-lab testing at a fraction of private Dubai or Bangkok hospital pathology pricing. Most clients combine it with a planned trip.
Will FORM ship testosterone to my country?
No. Testosterone is a prescription and, in most of the markets we serve, a controlled medicine. FORM is a pathology testing service: we run the panel and explain the results. We do not prescribe, supply, arrange or ship any medicine. Any clinical decision belongs to a doctor registered where you live.
How long does the whole process take?
48-72 hours on the ground in Bali for the blood draw and an in-person walk-through of your preliminary results with our medical lead. Full results and the MD-reviewed report follow within 7–14 days.
