TRT and Hormone Testing for Tauranga Men

Bay of Plenty endocrinology is thin and Tauranga private men's clinic options are limited. FORM is the third path: MD-led hormone bloodwork and an expert-reviewed PDF report your Tauranga GP can use.

FORM currently operates lab partnerships in Indonesia and Australia. An NZ-local lab partnership is coming. Until it lands, NZ men have two paths: combine the draw with a trip to Bali or one of our AU partner labs (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth), or use the remote-consult path where we provide a pathology referral your NZ GP can use locally.

Panel: total and free testosterone, SHBG, sensitive estradiol, LH, FSH, prolactin, DHEA-S, AM cortisol, full lipid and metabolic markers, HbA1c, fasting insulin, and key inflammatory markers.

If TRT is indicated, you receive an expert-reviewed PDF report with reference ranges and marker context your Tauranga GP can use. Follow-up panels can be done at any Bay of Plenty pathology lab.

FAQs

Will my Tauranga GP continue the protocol?
Most do, under shared care, once they review the specialist-led bloodwork. Confirm with your specific GP before booking.
How does this compare to flying to Auckland for a clinic?
MD-led interpretation, no Auckland subscription lock-in, and your follow-up care stays local with your own GP.
