Ultra is for the man who has done bloodwork before, is investing seriously in long-term health, and wants the deepest single read possible — typically older men, men with a complex prior medical history, men on existing hormone therapy who want everything monitored at once, or men preparing for a multi-year longevity protocol who need a comprehensive baseline.

The marker depth here is the level you would otherwise build by stacking three or four separate orders across a sports-medicine clinic, a cardiometabolic specialist, and a longevity practice. Ultra collapses that into a single Laverty draw, a single report, and two hour-long consults with the same physician across the interpretation cycle.

Hormonal Health on Ultra adds progesterone and sensitive estradiol (LC-MS/MS-grade assay) to the Elite Protocol panel — the resolution required for accurate estrogen management in men on TRT and for distinguishing between low-T phenotypes that look identical on the standard estradiol assay.

Cardiovascular & Longevity expands to omega-3 index and GlycA. Omega-3 index quantifies EPA + DHA as a percentage of red-cell membrane fatty acids — the marker that actually predicts cardiovascular risk reduction from supplementation, rather than the dose on the bottle. GlycA is a composite inflammation marker that captures chronic low-grade inflammation hs-CRP often misses.

Expanded Micronutrients (Magnesium RBC, Zinc, Selenium, Copper on top of the standard D / B12 / folate / iron / ferritin block) cover the trace-element deficiencies that drive thyroid conversion, immunity, and connective-tissue health. Electrolyte & Fluid Balance is included for completeness — useful for high-training-volume men where chronic sodium / potassium imbalance can mimic adrenal dysfunction.

Two PSA isoforms (total PSA + free PSA, allowing the % free PSA ratio) give a more specific prostate-cancer screen than total PSA alone, particularly relevant for men over 50 or with family history.

Two one-hour consults are scheduled across the interpretation cycle. Consult one is end-to-end review of every marker by category, the protocol design, and the re-test cadence. Consult two — booked at your discretion within six months — is for protocol adjustment, mid-cycle questions, or interpretation of any follow-up testing.
