What buyers ask before ordering
How does the home blood draw work?
A certified Indonesian nurse comes to your address in Bali — villa, hotel, or co-living. The draw takes about 15 minutes. We use standard vacutainer tubes and a temperature-controlled transport kit to the lab the same morning.
How fast are results?
From 7 days for the full panel. Out-of-range markers are flagged inside 72 hours with an immediate note from our expert.
How much does international insurance reimburse?
In our experience expat insurance (Cigna, Allianz, Bupa, IMG, GeoBlue) reimburses 90–100% of diagnostic bloodwork when accompanied by an itemised receipt and ICD-10 codes. We provide both as standard. Reimbursement rates are typical and vary by plan. We don't guarantee a specific outcome.
Who reviews my results?
Dr. Nikola Topalovic, MD PhD, MD PhD and our expert team. Every report is expert-reviewed before it's sent — no algorithm-only output.
Where is the lab?
Our partner lab is ISO 15189 accredited and located in Denpasar. Same-day processing for samples drawn before 11am.
What's the 90-day guarantee?
Follow your personalised 12-week protocol and retest at day 90. If your flagged priority biomarkers haven't improved, your retest is on us — we're that confident in the protocol.
